In early 2010 AAS began providing outpatient anesthesia to surgeons throughout the Puget Sound region. We quickly noticed that outpatient surgery facilities were being underserved in our area. Facilities often had to choose between contracting with the large, regional anesthesia groups with expensive pricing and impersonal service, or using small, independent providers who often lacked the resources or training needed to provide the true full-service, high-quality anesthesia that small to medium-sized facilities demand. Since those beginnings, we have grown and gained in reputation and size and now work with some of the biggest names in the Puget Sound region including Optum, Proliance, Western Washington Medical Group, and others. Although we have grown steadily over the years, we still stick to our roots, giving our facilities exceptional anesthesia services with unmatched flexibility and personal attention.

Just as important, they are level-headed, compassionate, have positive attitudes, and are generally nice to be around. Our team is adept at all types of anesthesia including procedural sedation, modern general anesthesia techniques, and regional anesthesia. We keep up on the latest research and techniques in order to provide cutting-edge, modern anesthesia.

While we’ve grown steadily since those first days, we still maintain the personal service you and your patients deserve. Adding new facilities at a steady pace over the years has given us the experience and resources needed to offer our surgeons and patients the absolute best anesthesia available. We have grown, but we still maintain the same core beliefs.
